No, not me. I was sure to get here on time. That would be my student.
I'll wait until 3:30 and then I'm out of here.
It's freaking hot outside. Weather Underground claims 94 degrees, with luckily only 43% humidity, which I'm thankful for.
This weekend is the anniversary of my little sister's Bat Mitzvah (tons of pictures can be found at abrams if you haven't already seen them. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the link). Also, day after tomorrow is my mom's birthday. 54 years! Next year I can make her go with me to get senior citizen discounts :) I guess my present is some form of me staying late with her tonight at the synagogue. Not much of a present, but I have $16 to live on for awhile... and I need gas.
I have less than a month left of this VISTAship. This year hardly flew, but the past six months have. It's hard to believe where I was last year at this time. I was still a wreck about Rob, I was excited for HPHBP to come out, I was living in a room I hadn't lived in since I was 7 in my parents house, I didn't have a job, just VISTA to look forward to. I was spending LOTS of time getting ready for Deb's Bat-Mitzvah, and renovations on our house, and actually by this time, we had a bunch of family in town (including cousins I had never previously met! hi shoshana88).
So Congrats to Deborah, on her one-year (she's doing her Haftorah and Maftir tomorrow morning), Congrats to my mommy for 54 fabulous years, Congrats to me... 12 minutes left before I get to leave (assuming Katlyn still hasn't shown up).
