I'm looking for Passover recipes online, because my family is sick of turkey, chicken, and gefilte fish leftovers from the seders.

I found one for New York Strip Steaks. It says to use butter. I'm thinking that anyone who is looking to keep kosher for Pesach PROBABLY doesn't eat meat with butter. Just a thought.

Anyone have any good Pesach recipes they want to share? That aren't matzah lasagna?

Couldn't you use margarine?

BTW, I was going to make matzah brei this morning. Then I realized I didn't really have anything to flavor it with (sweet matzah brei or non-sweet matzah brei...). Oops.

I could, definitely, I just found it odd that this was considered a Passover recipe.

Don't have that either... yes, I know I should, but I don't...

I think I'll be going over to a friend's place later and making some.

And I don't eat it, but my mother makes "the best brisket ever" every passover.

I accidentally left my cookbook there (near the microwave). It has a bunch of good Passover recipes in it including the one for chicken breasts stuffed with sundried tomatoes and mushrooms that I had been hoping to make for everyone. It is DELICIOUS. I think I left powdered mustard there as well.
