Does anyone else in here do support requests? If you're someone who is very well-versed in LJ, it can be quite fun. It's generally just something I do out of boredom, waiting for a friends-page update or something. Anyway, some of the requests we get in are really funny. It's odd how people are able to find the "ask a question" support link but can't figure out how to update their own journals, or when people say they want a community but they named it incorrectly, so could we please delete the old name. I forgot how many idiotic 13 year olds there were on this site (no offense to the three or four 13 year olds on my list).

Of course, there are many many support requests in which I feel like the idiotic thirteen year old, mostly stuff communicating with other sites and fixing codes on style systems.

If you AREN'T an idiot, and have legit questions to ask LJ, then feel free to submit a Support request if you need help with something on LiveJournal. The responses tend to be prompt and generally help you with whatever you need.

P.S. Does anyone know how many support points one needs to rack up before they can start gaining things like paid account time?
dogma what are you

Sorry to be a witch but...

I deleted a bunch of people from my friends list.

For most of you, don't take it personally. It's probably because we aren't really friends, don't read eachother's stuff, etc. If any of you who were deleted think you are on this list, feel free to comment and let me know that you want to stay on. That alone is enough reason to add you back.

Some of you need to take it personally.

Also, those of you who haven't been on my friends list in a long time.. you don't comment, probably don't read, and I'd appreciate it if you would just take me off.
