Good things:
- I have a really awesome pair of Isaac Mizrahi slacks that I bought about a year and a half ago. I wore them maybe twice before I could no longer fit into them. In February I gave them to my mom under the condition that if I ever fit back into them, I get them back. Tonight before services I went over there, but I was wearing jeans, so in looking for something to wear, I tried them on. And they fit! So exciting.
- On the same sort of note, I also fit into a pair of jeans I bought at Goodwill several months ago. I hadn't tried them on because they were my normal size, but when I brought them home they were wayyy too small for me. I guess they run small? Anyway, I wore them yesterday.
- My car insurance is now in my own name. It's a little more expensive because I don't get the multi-car discount that I had on my parents policy, but it's survivable.

Weird things:
- There's a Jack Russell terrier that was by my house last night when I got home. I had Padfoot with me, and the two wanted to play, but I ushered Padfoot inside. The other dog followed us to the door and whined a little bit. About two hours later, I took out my trash and the dog was right there sitting outside my door. I was telling Deborah about this tonight as we were pulling up to my house, and then we saw the dog, right there, in my yard. I'm fairly sure he lives down the street from me. He's outside barking right now. Sometime if I see him in the daytime I will see if he has a collar and call his owners.

-The following letter was sent from me and Debbie to the author of a Harry Potter crossword puzzle we did tonight. We did several others too (and some in a weird way WITHOUT CLUES, which was awesome) but this one was very frustrating and assumedly incorrect. Unless anyone can help us?

Dear Rachel (and Larry),

My sister and I are Harry Potter enthusiasts, and this evening we decided to complete your Harry Potter Crossword ( We easily completed most of the puzzle but were concerned about some of the clues and answers. We ended up looking up the answers on your key, and are still very confused. For example, the clue for 37 down is "Headless Harry," and your answer key says "otter." We were wondering where you saw this in the books. We also don't understand clue 49 across "Dumbledore vessel" to which the answer is "goblet." Can you let us know where you found the ideas for these clues? We are very interested to hear back from you!
