contacted me on LJ when I wrote that I hated Comcast. I thought it was weird and scammy. Turns out, it was incredibly legit, and I am receiving Comcast services like I was royalty, and was contacted by not only this guy in comcast corporate, but a higher-up in Tallahassee, who gave me his direct line and asked me to call him right away if I had any trouble at all.
Nice. Quality customer service, I'm impressed. So to reinforce good habits, I'm telling all of you.
My manager at Winn-Dixie way back in 2001 used to tell us that when a person has a good experience, they tell ~2 people. When a person has a bad experience, they tell ~10. So here's to combat that statistic.
