1 800 COMCAST is a general number for Comcast. I represent the Comcast Leadership so you'll have to call our Executive Office at 215 286 1700. My extenstion is 8966.You can also send me an email to verify.

I'm wary but intrigued. Your phone number simply says your office is now closed, there's no way to input an extension.

Yeah, I was with Comcast for 5 years... and we CONSTANTLY had connection issues, all they ever say is to shut down your computer(s) and re-set the modem and it SHOULD work. It was a nightmare! Didn't we have this discussion with Bobby over at Sabrina's house?
