EWWWW. there used to be a Cambodian restaurant when I was a kid that had Shrimp puffs... they were basically the consistency of pork rinds but they were shrimp flavored and DELICIOUS.

I've never eaten shrimp, so I'm not really sure what it tastes like... but I'm pretty sure it would be nastier ground up.

So, wait... is that what they would use this for? Or maybe like, to...sprinkle on popcorn? I don't really get it.

Common uses: soups, pastries.

Less common: protein shakes, transnasal drug.

Beef and chicken bouillon also come in powdered form, by the way.
