*Stacy's pesto and sundried tomato baked pita chips rule. How did I let these sit in my cabinet for so long?

*I have had the undeniable urge to type "ilu" lately. I've gone through with it once, and was a bit disgusted with myself, because the only acronym I like to use EVER is "brb." I wonder where the "ilu" thing is coming from.

*I still have Stats homework to do, and there's a quiz tonight. Luckily it doesn't matter at all how I do on the quiz, because I have no idea how to calculate the least regression line. There are only two quizzes left and the two lowest quiz grades are dropped. My other quiz grades average out to be a nice 105%. So as long as I learn how to do this before the next test (3/14) I'm good.

*No EduTech due for two weeks cause of spring break. So I'm all caught up and planning to get ahead during break so I don't have to do work late on Monday nights anymore.

*Did my taxes last night. I made something slightly over $16K last year. Not that bad, considering that almost 2/3 of the year I was making below the poverty level. The IRS already accepted my forms, as I found out in an e-mail sent at 5 something this morning. So in a week or so, I'm going to take my refund, stick it in my ING savings so I don't spend it, watch it grow a whole dollar or so, and then, assuming Stacy [not the same Stacy of the pita chips] hasn't already moved, buy a plane ticket. Vegas, baby!

*La da da

The ilu thing comes from ONTD. Usually followed by "bb" for "baby." Don't do it, Mel. Fight the urge!

yay! thanks!
Oh yes! I don't think I've seen it with "bb" though.

Re: yay! thanks!
yeah, there's a lot of the bb's in there. *rolls eyes* They're all about the netspeak in there. That's the one thing that drives me nuts about them. That and their obsession with ANS. So sick of hearing about her.

And Antonella and Britney.

Those chips do sound good.

Vegas?! I'm jealous :(

They're fabulous. I found them at Publix in the Greenwise section. I'm sure they are carried in other health/organic/hippie places. These chips are truly awesome.

My good friend Stacy from Gainesville lives in Vegas now, and she and her husband Roy just found out recently that she's pregnant! So we're (we = me, and hopefully Andrea) going out for Stacy's birthday, about a month after the kid is born. Do gambling and babysitting combine well?

If you need to get your gamble on, you can always run down to the local gas station and throw in a few dollars. :P Also, the strip claims to be baby friendly...

Chances are we'll still be here =\

oOOH! When are you going to Vegas?! I'll be there the last weekend in March.
Feb. 28th, 2007 07:21 pm (UTC)
I'm not going until September. Can you tell I'm over-excited?

I recommend you NOT buy your ticket anytime soon. No point. Prices will change SO much.
Take a side trip to L.A.! {it's a 4 hour drive or 45 minute tiny plane ride}
Or....let me know when you're going to Vegas and maybe I'll try to get out there for the weekend. {Can you tell I love Vegas?} :)

I'm not going to buy my ticket anytime soon, because there's a chance Stacy is moving back to Florida, anyway :)

Don't tickets get more expensive over time though? You'd think buying it super early would be the cheapest.

I am almost definitely going to LA for at least a day when I go to Vegas.

Airfares are insanely unpredictable. If I didn't post or tell you about my recent experience and you want to know, let me know.
