The chili is cooking. Low for three hours tonight. Refrigerated overnight. Low for five hours in the morning.

Why not just do it on low all night and turn it off in the morning? I say this only because putting the ceramic in the fridge and then heating it up can cause it to crack...

its not an option. I bring it in in the morning and they plug it in on low. They all finish cooking together.

I just got done making chili, too. We have a chili cook-off tomorrow at work.
